**Summary / Objective** ----------------------- The Temporary General Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership and maintaining the brand’s culture, standards, and operational expectations during a temporary assignment. This role leads the day\-to\-day operations of the assigned restaurant while supporting the management team and staff in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, and achieving company goals and metrics. The Temporary General Manager is an experienced and dependable leader who can quickly assess business needs, make sound decisions, and provide direction to the team. The goal of this position is to ensure a smooth and successful operation throughout the temporary assignment while maintaining consistency in service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, labor, and profitability.
