**Job Overview** We are seeking a **patient\-focused Physical Therapist** to join an orthopedic practice that prioritizes **outcomes over volume**. This is a **true one\-on\-one model**—each patient is treated individually for **30 minutes**, with **no double\-booking and no tech\-driven care**. Our focus is simple: **patient improvement—not billable units.** **Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored care plans. * Provide 30 minute 1:1 hands\-on therapy sessions focusing on improving mobility, strength, and flexibility for patients of all ages. * Focus on measurable patient progress and functional outcomes * Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and adjust treatment plans accordingly. * Collaborate directly with Orthopedic physicians **What We’re Looking For** * Licensed Physical Therapist (CA) or eligible * Strong clinical and manual therapy skills * Values quality care over high\-volume productivity Pay: $45\.00 \- $55\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
