Summary The Manufacturing Manager ensures effective and efficient operations of manufacturing and maintenance processes and functions through regular monitoring of departmental policies, procedures, staff and standards, and responsible for organizing and managing manpower to ensure plant operations achieve both quality and efficiency goals. Also, coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repairs of all company machinery and equipment within the facility, including any maintenance or repairs of the building or property. The Manufacturing Manager manages personnel in a safe, effective and efficient manner in compliance with the company policies, procedures and all legislative requirements. Provides leadership in the direction of all activities of the division consistent with corporate strategies, objectives and policies.
