We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and commissioning of advanced mechanical systems used in power\-generation equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on engineering experience and be comfortable taking mechanical systems from initial concepts and requirements through detailed design, prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and final implementation. This position is well suited for an engineer who enjoys working on complex machinery, solving difficult mechanical problems, and collaborating closely with manufacturing and testing teams. **Key Responsibilities** Lead mechanical design and development activities for complex power\-generation machinery and related subsystems. Translate system requirements into practical mechanical designs using engineering fundamentals and first\-principles analysis. Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, layouts, drawings, and accurate as\-built documentation. Define mechanical interfaces between components and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and fluid\-system requirements.
