**Position Summary:** The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for working with the Project Manager and Sales team to estimate, secure, and manage machinery moving and rigging jobs during inception through completion. The Assistant Project Manager duties include identifying clients’project needs and goals, creating a detailed plan to successfully complete a project, and organizing and storing project reports and documents. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Review plans and other technical documents, answer questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project, monitor costs and project progress. * Conduct Pre\-Hand\-Off Meeting (prior to commencement of the project) \& Post\-Hand\-Off Meeting (post completion of the project) with the Estimator and operations team ensuring clarity of the job scope and expectations, as well as establishing lessons learned. * Know and understand contract language and execute project successfully to remain in contract scope. * Responsible for working alongside the Project Manager to plan, administer, and complete assigned projects, which may cross several functional areas, such as facilities, operations, or administration. * Abi...
