**About the opportunity** Novelle Build Group is preparing to sell business software to personal\-injury law firms and construction companies. We are hiring 45 full\-time B2B SaaS sales representatives and want to begin hiring as soon as possible. We are looking for capable salespeople who can understand a business owner's needs, explain software clearly, and turn qualified conversations into sales. The role includes commission\-based compensation, product and sales training, and weekly in\-person meetings.
