Overview: This position is responsible for the supervision of the pharmacy staff and coordinates the day\-to\-day operational aspects of pharmacy operations. The Pharmacy Supervisor ensures any operational issues are identified, tracked, reported on, resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner. This position is responsible for solving practical and strategic problems, resolving conflict and constructively leading change. This position is also responsible for the supervision and management of staff. The Pharmacy Supervisor accepts responsibility of Pharmacist\-In\-Charge for the pharmacy when applicable. This position will report to a Manager or Director depending on the organization structure. Assisting in maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies governing pharmacy practice.
