Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s In\-Service Attack Submarines Program Office (PMS 392\) at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC! We are seeking a candidate to join our team and provide program analysis and support services to the maintenance and modernization of the U.S. Navy’s fleet of Attack Submarines. PMS 392 is part of U.S. Navy’s Team Submarine (TSUB) which is responsible for the design, new construction, maintenance and modernization of the nuclear\-powered submarine fleet. **Responsibilities:*** Attend key team meetings to capture critical decisions, dependencies, and owners at Flag\-Level and special project meetings as required. * Develop, maintain, and actively update action item trackers and project dashboards. * Proactively follow up with task owners to ensure suspense dates are met and risks are mitigated before they impact deadlines. * Maintain, edit, and consolidate major changes to slide decks, read\-aheads, and briefing packages intended for executive leadership. * Ensure all executive products strictly adhere to organizational standards, formatting, and design guidelines. * Serve as the primary admi...
