**Pharmaceutical Associate Sales Representative** **Position Summary** The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) is an entry\-level, field\-based role responsible for supporting customer engagement, account development, and patient access initiatives within Long Term Care (LTC) accounts across an assigned geography. Working closely with Long Term Care Account Managers, Reimbursement and Access partners, and cross\-functional teams, the Associate Sales Representative develops relationships with healthcare providers, long term care pharmacies, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other key stakeholders. The Associate Sales Representative serves as a developmental role designed to build foundational expertise in pharmaceutical sales, account management, reimbursement, patient access, and the Long Term Care marketplace.
