Overview: Responsible for the overall Maintenance Operations of the assigned portfolio of managed assets. This position will ensure that the physical aspects of each property within the respective portfolio meet the established standards. The position will work in collaboration with other Regional Maintenance Managers to further enhance and improve the overall portfolio of managed assets. Responsibilities: * Perform annual inspection for each property within assigned portfolio including preparing a comprehensive report for each inspection. * Perform safety inspections for each property within assigned portfolio. * Conduct bid package training * Assist with property budget preparation including rolling 1\-year plan * Assist sites with REAC/NSPIRE inspection preparation * Assist in the training of Maintenance Supervisors and other maintenance personnel. Serve in a mentor role to Maintenance Supervisors. * Assist Regional Property Mangers in maintenance personnel support, staff interviews and discharge. * Prepare and coordinate bid packages over $5000 as required * Lay out asphalt * Perform light surveys * Assemble and oversee blitz teams as needed * Conduct acquisition due diligence ...
