Overview: The Senior Director of Technology \& Managed Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, operational performance, and continuous advancement of the organization’s technology ecosystem, managed service offerings, cybersecurity program, and enterprise business systems. This leader oversees technology operations supporting internal business functions and customer\-facing environments, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, GCC High, cybersecurity, analytics, automation, infrastructure, enterprise applications, end\-user services, and managed services delivery. The Senior Director maintains strong technical credibility and active involvement in architecture, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, and critical technology decisions.
