**Job Description:** **POSITION SUMMARY** The Financial Analyst I role provides financial reporting, analysis, and project support under the guidance of Finance leadership and senior team members. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, job cost analysis, WIP and project reporting, and financial data validation while building knowledge of construction project cycles, financial systems, and company reporting processes. The Financial Analyst I supports the monthly cost\-to\-complete process, backlog revenue and margin reporting, variance analysis, process improvements, and technology enhancements by compiling data, preparing reports, documenting findings, and learning established Finance processes. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in monthly cost\-to\-complete review meetings with Project Managers and Finance team members; assist in documenting over/under billing adjustments, approved change orders, and expected margin changes for review. * Assist with tracking backlog revenue and expected profit margins by compiling data, preparing reports, and escalating questions or discrepancies for review. * Support profit fade analysis by collecting data, researching ...
