Accelerate your career. **LOCATION** Remote (Chicago Pref’d) **REPORTS TO** CEO **BASE SALARY** $130,000 to $150,000 **TARGET BONUS** 20% **The Opportunity** Guidant Power is looking for a high\-potential B2B marketer ready to take the next major step in their career. This is a hands\-on leadership opportunity to build and own the marketing function of a rapidly growing, private equity backed services company. We are looking for a builder. You will own Guidant's lead generation engine, HubSpot, campaigns, marketing metrics, budget, agencies, and the process for creating qualified pipeline one and two quarters ahead of sales requirements. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with sales and operating leadership.
