We are seeking a high\-performing, leadership\-ready **Warehouse Operations \& Order Fulfillment Supervisor** to oversee second\-shift fulfillment operations. In this role, you will lead a team of 35 to 40 employees (including pickers, packers, replenishers, and QA) within a fast\-paced 300,000 square foot logistics facility. Managing operations for our largest, highest\-volume active lifestyle brand client, you will drive a daily output of approximately 25,000 units. This position serves as a fast\-track "Manager\-in\-Training" pathway for an operationally sharp leader who manages with high emotional intelligence. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, coach, and cross\-train a second\-shift team of 35–40 warehouse associates to ensure high morale and efficient operations. * **Performance Metrics:** Monitor and drive daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics while operating strictly within client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * **Labor Planning:** Partner directly with the Distribution Center Manager to plan, adjust, and execute daily labor allocations based on client volume forecasts. * **Process Improvement:**...
