Description

The TSC – International Complex Order Processor is responsible for being a liaison when it comes to collaborating with Material Operations and Outbound to efficiently create, maintain, and ship out completed repair and parts procurement orders to all International Locations and Trade Partners. The Specialist will provide support to domestic locations to process parts to service centers, stores and other TCO affiliate locations. They are also responsible for partnering with internal / external locations internationally to create and process repair orders and estimates, answer questions, and assist in urgent needs. The Specialist should strive for excellence and accuracy in the execution of their day\-to\-day activities as well as reporting and communication to ensure shipments are facilitated through Customs. This role also requires detailed documentation and follow up as an integral function of the position to ensure TCO and customer expectations are being met.
