The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) serves as one of the very first impressions for candidates when applying to Amazon and plays a crucial role in managing high\-volume interview scheduling and serves as the main point of contact between candidates, recruiters and interviewers when applying to Amazon. This position requires multi\-tasking and case\-management abilities to coordinate interviewer and candidate agendas across multiple time zones while maintaining a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process. In this fast\-paced role, the Recruiting Coordinator must maintain clear and constant communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
