**Seeking Fractional Controller / CFO – Aviation / Flight School Business** We are looking for an experienced **Fractional Controller / CFO** to provide financial oversight and guidance to an established, profitable aviation business. This is not a full\-time position and is not intended to replace our existing administrative and accounting staff. We are looking for a senior financial professional who can establish strong accounting disciplines, oversee our financial reporting, and help ensure that our books accurately reflect the financial condition of the business. **Key responsibilities will include:** * Review and oversee daily cash, bank, merchant\-processing, and credit\-card reconciliations performed by our internal team. * Ensure all balance\-sheet accounts are properly reconciled and supported, including cash, accounts receivable, undeposited funds, fixed assets, leases, loans, and other material accounts. * Review the integration and transaction flow between **Flight Schedule Pro and QuickBooks** and help identify and resolve reconciliation or accounting issues. * Ensure the business is maintaining appropriate **accrual\-basis accounting**. * Establish and oversee a disci...
