**Position Summary Description** Plans, coordinates, supervises and participate in all activities on\-site in order to meet system electrical load demands and maintain plant capacity at its highest attainable level while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards possible while motivating and instilling ownership of plant equipment and processes by all team members. **Qualifications and Education Requirements** High school diploma or equivalent. Engineering or related degree or equivalent training is desirable. Ten (10\) years of progressively responsible experience in power plant operations to include five (5\) years in supervision is required.
