Description

**Role:** The Inventory Control Clerk oversees and monitors the receiving and storage of supplies and equipment from suppliers and distributes to departments in an effective and efficient manner. Responsible for assuring transactions are complete, including order pulling, supply packing and inventory control. Responsible for inventory accuracy and regular cycle counts. Must maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Monitors stock par levels and ensures proper inventory rotation. Assists with inventory control measures including purchasing, receiving, stocking and record keeping of supplies. **Essential Functions \& Responsibilities:** * Monitors the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection, packing slips and purchase orders are accurately received and routed for timely data entry. * Resolves discrepancies with purchasing and accounting as needed regarding invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders. * Oversees the movement of material from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner. * Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. ...
