**Summary** ----------- The Informatics Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner serves as a key informatics resource for the National Telepharmacogenomics Program (NTPGx) and the broader National Pharmacogenomics Program (NPP), functioning at the highest level of clinical informatics practice. This is a national program position supporting NPP sites and veterans located across the VA system.
