The System Director of Compensation is responsible for the design, execution and leadership for broad based and executive compensation Total Rewards programs aligned with the mission, core values, business objectives and culture of the ministry that delivers market competitive, stewardship minded and just programs that are forward thinking, simple, scalable, and understandable. Responsible for leadership of a centralized team of compensation professionals to ensure that wages and incentive pay are leveraged and in line with the ministry’s compensation philosophy and practices to cost\-effectively attract and retain associates in both unionized and non\-union environments. **Responsibilities****:** * Develop compensation programs, policies and plans for all levels of the organization (executive, management and staff). * Counsel senior leaders on pay decisions, compensation practices, and policy and guidelines interpretation.
