Iron Tree Service is looking for a dependable, organized Operations Coordinator to help keep our crews, equipment, and daily schedules running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, field crews, mechanics, and scheduling team. You’ll track crew activity, review schedules and labor hours, follow up on equipment issues, and make sure driver paperwork is completed correctly. The right person is organized, comfortable working with numbers and reports, communicates well, and follows through to get things done. Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, fleet operations, or dispatching is a plus. **What You’ll Do** * Support the Operations Manager with daily tasks and projects. * Track crew routes, job activity, schedules, and labor hours. * Review reports and compare scheduled hours with actual hours worked. * Help coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and availability with mechanics and the scheduling team. * Keep work orders, maintenance records, and other paperwork organized. * Check that drivers complete required vehicle inspection reports and other DOT paperwork. * Follow up with crews and supervisors on missing paperwork or outstandi...
