Description: At ATMI, the Project Manager is the central point of accountability for commercial precast construction projects, guiding each project from initial planning and sale through completion and closeout. Based in Greenfield, Indiana, this role leads coordination across internal departments and works closely with customers, architects/engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. The Project Manager owns project information, anticipates risks, and drives schedule, cost, quality, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction while supporting a high\-performance, accountable team. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** * **Lead project planning and execution.** Own projects from inception through completion. Review bid documents, construction drawings, specifications, and the scope available at award to identify high\-risk or unusual requirements.
