As a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist you’ll play an important role in welcoming and assisting individuals pursuing legal immigration to the United States. Working at the USCIS Application Support Center office, you’ll greet applicants with patience and care and guide them through their biometrics appointment – a process that includes identity verification and biometric capture. Amentum provides all required job training for qualified candidates. Compensation: $26\.03 (union position) Benefits: The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: 401k retirement plan and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees will accrue one (1\) hour of sick leave for every thirty (30\) hours worked up to fifty\-six (56\) hours per year. Part Time employees may be eligible for prorated holiday and vacation pay.
