**Position Summary** Mitsubishi Electric US (MEUS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead key accounting and financial planning activities within the Americas Corporate Office (ACO) Shared Services organization. This role is responsible for: month end closing, reporting and budgeting for the ACO business unit, Intercompany accounting, and accounts receivable for MEUS and other companies as a shared service, and MEUS Business Plan consolidation. **The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:** * Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. * Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and consolidated reporting support across multiple Mitsubishi Electric entities. * Oversee accounts receivable operations, including intercompany billing, cash application, and cash posting. * Manage periodic group benefit allocations, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other employee benefit programs; reconcile related accounts and ensure accurate allocation of benefit costs across business units and U.S. affiliates. * Monitor and reconcile payroll\-relate...
