The Area Manager leads the performance and operations of multiple locations (6\-8\) within a defined geographic area. This role is responsible for driving school performance, ensuring operational excellence and quality/safety standards, developing school leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, data\-driven decision\-making, and frequent travel between sites. Reports directly to the District Manager.
