CONSTRUCTION OFFICE MANAGER – HVAC \| Full\-Time Ellington Mechanical Services is looking for an exceptional Construction Office Manager to join our team. We are a Maryland\-based HVAC contractor specializing primarily in commercial mechanical construction, along with residential and commercial HVAC service. We are looking for more than someone who can simply answer phones and complete basic office tasks. We need a highly organized, dependable, sharp office professional who enjoys keeping things moving and can become a key support person for our management, field team, service technicians, and customers. This is an office\-based administrative and coordination role supporting our construction and service operations.
