**Job Summary** The Assistant Area Manager works in conjunction with the Area Manager on hiring, training, and daily operations within the Region. This position is responsible for traveling daily to shops within a designated area and assisting store management in achieving sales \& production goals. You will ensure that all locations meet company standards for performance, customer service, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will live in Central Florida (preferably Orange, Osceola, or Seminole County) and have reliable transportation to drive daily between locations.
