Job Summary The Parts Manager oversees all parts operations to ensure timely, efficient, and cost\-effective parts procurement and inventory management. They work closely with technicians, vendors, and other departments to maintain seamless workflow in the shop. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels of parts and supplies. * Order, receive, and inspect all incoming parts for accuracy and quality. * Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts. * Build and maintain relationships with vendors for pricing, availability, and timely delivery. * Track and report on parts usage, inventory turnover, and loss prevention. * Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all parts. * Maintain accurate records in parts management software. * Train and supervise parts department staff, if applicable. * Conduct regular audits and cycle counts.
