Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. Overnight shifts are mandatory. You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and computer operations as well as excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Problem solving and handling of guest complaints are priority.
