In this role, you will provide pharmaceutical care to patients of UF Health Shands Hospital and University of Florida clinics, with responsibilities rotating between the Shands Outpatient Pharmacy and Medical Plaza Pharmacy. As an Outpatient Pharmacist, you will use your clinical knowledge and professional judgment to evaluate medication orders for ambulatory patients, helping ensure medications are appropriate, safe, and effectively managed. You will work collaboratively with patients, providers, and other members of the healthcare team to support high\-quality patient care.
