Description: CrossRoad Engineers, PC is looking to expand its team. We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to assist in construction inspection and developing designs, drawings and specifications as they pertain to our projects. **Graduate Civil Engineer Responsibilities and Duties** * Works with our construction administration team to manage construction projects. Each graduate engineer will typically complete a minimum of 2 initial, consecutive construction seasons working in the field in a construction inspection role before transitioning to a full\- time design role. * Civil design in roadway, grading, drainage, utility and site development projects. * Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs. * Creates feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data. * Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. * Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements. * Gain knowledge of local and state design standards a...
