**Job Description:** The ACH Operations Assistant Manager supports the oversight and daily management of ACH Operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of ACH transactions. This role provides leadership to ACH Operations staff, monitors operational risk, supports regulatory compliance, and partners with internal business units to enhance ACH services and operational efficiency. **Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Assist in managing ACH origination, receipt, settlement, returns, reversals, Notifications of Change (NOCs), and exception processing. * Ensure ACH transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with NACHA Rules and Bank policies. * Oversee ACH balancing, reconciliations, and file transmission activities. * Research and resolve complex operational issues and escalated ACH inquiries. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency. * Provide daily supervision, coaching, training, and support to ACH Operations staff. * Assist with employee development, performance management, and goal achievement. * Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, compliance, and customer service excellence. ...
