Overview: **Overview** The Senior Recruiter plays a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies to support the workforce needs of the construction industry. This position is responsible for managing full\-cycle recruiting strategies for the field operations. Perform day\-to\-day recruiting activities associated with the sourcing, coordinating, screening, qualifying, interviewing, handling offers, and hiring candidates for open positions. Assist with all recruiting\-related processes that will take new hires up to their first day and ensure a smooth transition into HR related onboarding.
