**About the Role** We are looking for a **hands\-on Accounting Manager** to oversee and perform the day\-to\-day accounting functions of our company while leading a small accounting team. The Accounting Manager will be directly involved in **Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, reconciliations, month\-end close, and financial reporting**, while also providing direction and support to a team of 3–4 accounting professionals. This position reports directly to the Finance Director and is an important part of maintaining accurate, timely, and well\-controlled accounting operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and perform day\-to\-day accounting activities, including **AP, AR, General Ledger, cash transactions, and account reconciliations**. * Prepare and review month\-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. * Review vendor invoices, customer accounts, payments, collections, and other accounting transactions for accuracy and proper documentation. * Monitor AR and AP balances and help resolve outstanding customer and vendor issues. * Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly financial reporting. * Assist wit...
