Signature Services is our white\-glove tier: a dedicated team that works directly with high\-net\-worth individuals and families who need privacy handled personally, quickly, and quietly. **What you'll own** * Lead the team. Hire, coach, and develop a team of analysts. Set clear expectations, balance workloads, and give feedback people actually use. * Be the face clients trust. Run video and phone calls with high\-net\-worth clients, from kickoff to tricky conversations. You make complex topics feel simple and keep everyone confident we've got it handled. * Fix what's broken. Spot the friction in how work gets done, figure out why, and design a better process.
