The Loan Specialist supports the Branch Manager in maintaining a profitable, compliant, and efficiently operated branch. This role is responsible for processing loan applications, verifying documentation, servicing customer accounts, and supporting collection efforts. By ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, the Loan Specialist helps minimize risk while delivering excellent customer service. The Loan Specialist also works with customers to establish payment arrangements, process loan modifications and extensions, and identify lending solutions that meet customer needs. In the absence of the Branch Manager, this position helps maintain branch operations and service continuity.
