**Position Summary:** Prestige Trucking Insurance is seeking a Director of Insurance Operations \& Carrier Relationships to connect our sales, service, underwriting, compliance, training, and leadership teams. This person will evaluate how work moves across departments, strengthen our processes and carrier relationships, and turn performance data into clear actions that improve client service and drive growth. The ideal candidate combines deep trucking insurance knowledge with strong operational leadership.
