**About the Position** We are seeking an experienced, detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in a full\-time, remote position. This role combines graphic design and production file preparation with direct customer communication. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and CorelDRAW, along with experience in commercial printing, signage, or other production\-oriented graphic design environments. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, communicates in a friendly and professional manner, and enjoys helping customers turn their ideas and requirements into accurate, production\-ready artwork. We are willing to train the right candidate on our specific customer\-service processes.
