**Position Summary** We are seeking a hands\-on **Plant Manager** to lead the day\-to\-day operations of Carolina Apparel Group, a cut\-and\-sew manufacturing facility in Wadesboro, North Carolina. This role is responsible for production performance, workforce leadership, quality, scheduling, safety, inventory, cost control, and continuous improvement. The Plant Manager should be comfortable working directly on the production floor with supervisors and employees to improve efficiency, solve problems, and ensure customer orders are completed on time with first quality. Experience in **cut\-and\-sew apparel, sewn products, textiles, or another labor\-intensive manufacturing environment is preferred**.
