**Associate Executive Director** FLSA Status: Exempt Starting Salary: $55,000 Status: Full Time Department: Branch Leadership Reports to: VP of Operations POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the VP of Operations the Associate Executive Director is responsible for providing secondary leadership for the development of YMCA programs, memberships, volunteers, and staff, collaborative partnerships, and financial development activities conducted through designated location. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Works closely with the Executive Director to plan, design, evaluate, and implement all aspects of the branch strategic plan and operations of the branch and program sites in accordance with YMCA of USA and Association guidelines. * Supervises designated branch directors and team members. * Develops, implements, and monitors annual budgets for designated departments. * Responsible for all aspects of program development, quality, and safety. * Promotes programs by development and distribution of marketing and communication materials in compliance with Association standards. * Plans and implements special events. * Collaborates with community partners to further the YMCA’s programs. * Recruits...
