**Position Title:** Site Coordinator – After School Care **Status:** Full Time (30\-40 hours) **Department:** School Age Care **Reports To:** SACManager **Date:** 10/04/2026 **Summary:** The School Age Care (SAC) Site Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, management, and direction for EmBe's School Age Care programs at an assigned site. Primary responsibilities include oversight of daily operations, staff leadership and development, program quality, licensing compliance, family engagement, and community partnerships. The Site Coordinator ensures a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children while supporting EmBe's mission, vision, and values. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:** * Ensure EmBe's brand, mission, vision, and values are reflected in all interactions with children, families, staff, school personnel, and community partners. * Reinforce and lead a culture of empowerment, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
