POSITION: Design \& Content Specialist CLASSIFICATION: Part\-Time \| 25\-30 hrs per week REPORTS TO: Marketing Director The Design \& Content Specialist is a highly creative, detail\-oriented professional responsible for bringing the Beyond Realty brand to life through compelling, polished and consistent visual design. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role will develop and produce marketing materials that support Beyond Realty and its agents while maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and exceptional visual communicator who takes pride in getting the details right. They are confident working independently, comfortable managing competing priorities and thrive in a fast\-paced environment where deadlines matter. They have a strong eye for design, typography, layout, color and visual storytelling, along with the ability to take a concept from idea to finished product.
