This role ensures efficient modality utilization, strong compliance, and a consistently safe, patient\-centered environment. This leader plays a critical role in balancing operational efficiency with patient experience—removing barriers to care, optimizing workflows, developing teams, and guiding day\-to\-day execution across the site.
