**Civil/Structural Engineer** **Southern Company Services Technical Shared Solutions– Design Civil Transmission APC \& MPC** **Position will be located in Birmingham, Alabama** **WORK LOCATION** * Position will be located in Birmingham, Alabama. * This position will require a mix of both field and office work. * This position follows a hybrid work arrangement that includes one designated remote workday per week. Employees are expected to spend the remaining four workdays either in the office or at field locations as required to support project and operational needs. **JOB SUMMARY** This position is responsible for providing structural engineering design services for the Southern Company power delivery system.
