POSITION SUMMARY The Inventory Control Coordinator is a working lead responsible for supporting inventory accuracy and control initiatives at the DeKalb facility. This role performs cycle counts, leads difficult or complex counts, verifies count accuracy through audits, coordinates daily count activity, and provides technical support to Cycle Counters. The Coordinator completes routine discrepancy research and escalates material, recurring, control\-related, or complex issues to the Inventory Control Manager. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and perform scheduled ABC, recurring monthly, spot, and special\-request counts. * Lead difficult, high\-risk, or complex counts requiring additional planning, access, or verification. * Audit and verify count results, recounts, adjustments, transaction history, and supporting documentation. * Prioritize daily and weekly count assignments based on requirements, operational risk, spot\-count requests, and Manager direction. * Provide technical guidance, count support, and training to Cycle Counters without direct supervisory authority. * Research routine and m...
