Recruitment for this position is being conducted in advance of contract award to establish a qualified candidate pool.* RedTail Solutions, LLC is searching for an Assistant Site Manager to support day\-to\-day operations at CCAD. The Assistant Site Manager will have the opportunity to develop into a future site leadership role as part of the continuity of operational and organizational succession planning. The selected candidate will work directly alongside the Site Manager and progressively assume greater responsibility for contract performance, personnel, material procurement, project execution, and customer relationships.
