**About the Role** Hot Springs Monument Company is looking for a compassionate, creative sales leader to run the sales floor and the day\-to\-day operations of one of our two Hot Springs offices. You'll work closely with families during one of the most difficult times in their lives, helping them design a lasting memorial for someone they love — so this role calls for as much heart as it does hustle. **What You'll Do** * Lead and grow sales for your office, meeting with families to guide them through selecting and designing headstones and monuments * Sit with grieving customers with patience, empathy, and genuine care, helping them feel heard during a hard conversation * Design custom monuments and engravings, translating a family's wishes into a finished piece they'll be proud of * Track and manage the full order process from quote to follow\-up, keeping customers informed on the status of their order through delivery * Manage production and delivery scheduling and stencil cutting, keeping operations running smoothly * Oversee and support office staff, stepping in wherever the office needs a hand * Build relationships with local funeral homes to recruit new agents and grow our sal...
