**RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full\-time Registered Nurses to join our Safe Options Support Team in Brooklyn, NY.** This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to play a pivotal role on one the Office of the Governor’s newly launched, innovative Safe Options Support (SOS) teams that will provide comprehensive care to homeless New Yorkers, living on the streets and in the subway systems, as well as individuals transitioning out of homelessness. The SOS RN will address the physical/medical health needs of program participants in community settings and during their transition to permanent housing. The nurse will have the unique opportunity to engage with New Yorkers who have found themselves in precarious situations that have negative impacts on their physical and mental wellbeing, with limited access to traditional health care options. The nurse will provide interventions that are supportive to or restorative of life and well\-being.
