**Position Summary:** As the Facility Manager, you will oversee the daily mechanical functions, maintenance, and logistics of our Coppell, Texas facility. This position plays a key role in supporting product demos, events, and internal team operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem\-solver with facility management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate a forklift when needed. **Major Accountability:** * Facility Operations, Safety \& Compliance * Preventive Maintenance \& Repairs * Vendor \& Budget Management * Event \& Demo Set\-up Support **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the overall functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the facility, including showrooms, demo kitchens, test kitchens, meeting spaces, and warehouse areas. * Coordinate general repairs, HVAC maintenance, cleaning services, lighting, plumbing, and other essential systems. * Maintain facility readiness for client visits, product demonstrations, and corporate events. * Operate a forklift to assist with receiving, moving, and storing equipment and supplies. * Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility alarm systems, including monitoring alerts, coordinating r...
